摘要Electromagnetic waves carrying orbital angular momentum (OAM) have found many applications. This paper discusses a metasurface plate for high-order OAM beams generation at 60 GHz. Simulation work is performed to validate the metasurface OAM generator. Mode spectrum is also obtained to quantify the quality of OAM beam, which shows that the purity of higher-order OAM beam becomes lower as the mode number increases. This study can find potential applications in high-capacity wireless communications and imaging.
