摘要 | 本发明提供一种架空线缆的X射线成像及其在线取电系统,包括:X射线发射单元,用以向架空线缆发射X射线;X射线探测单元,用以对架空线缆进行X射线成像;取电单元,设于架空线缆上并与X射线发射单元电性连接,用以从架空线缆取电后对X射线发射单元供电;驱动单元,用以装载并驱动X射线发射单元、X射线探测单元及取电单元沿架空线缆的延展方向运动,以持续对架空线缆进行X射线成像。本发明采用电磁感应线圈从输电线上取电,解决大容量电池体积大、重量大、供电成像速度慢、一次充电使用时间短等问题;采用连续供电、大电流的电源可以采用小尺寸平板探测器,实现匀速运动的扫描成像模式;系统体积小、重量轻,容易上载到架空高压线上。 |
翻译摘要 | The X-ray imaging and on-line electricity taking system comprises X-ray emitting units used for transmitting X-rays to an overhead cable. X-ray detection unit is used for carrying out X-ray imaging to aerial cable. The power taking unit is arranged on the overhead cable and electrically connected with X-ray transmitting units, and is used for powering X-ray transmitting units after power is taken from an overhead cable. The drive unit is used for loading and driving X-ray emission units, X-ray detection units and electricity-taking units move along the extension direction of the overhead cables, so X-ray imaging can be continuously carried out on the overhead cables. The electromagnetic induction coil is adopted for getting electricity from the power transmission line, and the problems that a large-capacity battery is large in size, large in weight, slow in power supply imaging speed, short in primary charging service time and the like are solved. Adopt continuous power supply, the power of heavy current can adopt small-size flat panel detector, realizes the scanning imaging mode of uniform motion. The system is small in size, light in weight and easy to upload to an overhead high voltage line. |
