Magnetocardiography Measurement Based on Optically Pumped Magnetometer and Multi-Branch Parallel Denoising Autoencoder

摘要Magnetocardiography (MCG) is the measurement of the magnetic field generated by electrical activity in the heart using high-sensitivity magnetometers, which is a non-contact and non-invasive method for detecting early signs of myocardial ischemia. This paper presents a novel multi-view MCG system that utilizes two channels of optically pumped magnetometers (OPMs) with high-sensitivity to measure the magnetic field from different positions and directions. The OPMs are developed in our laboratory with small dimensions and high sensitivity, which operates in the spin exchange relaxation free range and has noise spectrum about 30 fT/Hz1/2. A MCG system including a magnetic shielding room, a magnetic field compensation system and a sensor system has been developed and tested. Then a multi-branch parallel denoising autoencoder is developed to denoise the signals. The results show that the system can capture the distinct cardiac waveforms. The multi-view measurements provide complementary information for the magnetic source localization and quantification.
