摘要 | Triple-source CT (TSCT) has potential to offer improved temporal resolution for cardiac imaging but introduces complex cross-scatter interactions. This study presents a novel scatter correction method for TSCT, combining a one-dimensional anti-scatter grid (1D ASG) with beam blockers. Utilizing a custom-built TSCT imaging system with three X-ray tubes and three detectors arranged azimuthally, we investigated the feasibility of scatter correction for TSCT with a focused 1D ASG and beam blockers. Experimental results using a contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) phantom show that our method can effectively remove both cross-scattering and forward scattering artifacts, improving CNR by 263% compared to uncorrected images. |
