The rise in health issues among 25 to 35-year-olds, particularly office workers, is concerning. This paper proposes a gamified interaction technology that encourages small-scale stretching activities to improve posture and reduce pain from prolonged sitting. The Kano model was used to align the design solution with user expectations while Flow Theory was incorporated to enhance user engagement. The system uses intelligent controllers, wearable leg accessories, and optional computer cameras to capture human postures, which is then mirrored by virtual avatars on a software platform. It gives real-time feedback and correction of movements, encouraging continuous participation.
