Also disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of formula (I) or the salt, the enantiomer, the stereoisomer, the solvate, or the polymorph of the compound as an active ingredient and applications of the composition. The compound is capable of effectively preventing and//or treating diseases or conditions related to TNF-α.
