研究内容

研究组的科研工作以胸腺细胞为主要研究对象,围绕其分化成熟过程中受体基因重排、CD4/CD8定向分化以及免疫功能建立的分子调控机制而展开,在基因重排方面的研究内容包括:TCR基因重排细胞特异性和分化阶段特异性的分子调控机制;DNA甲基化、组蛋白乙酰化等表观遗传修饰对TCR重排等位排斥的影响;重排激活酶RAG介导的适应性免疫演化规律。在阳性和阴性选择方面的研究工作则侧重于阳性选择过程中CD4/CD8定向分化的分子调控网络及细胞辅助性和细胞毒性等免疫功能建立的机理,特别是转录因子、转录抑制因子和非编码RNA在此过程中的作用。
