研究内容

树突状细胞(DC)在先天性免疫应答,免疫识别和活化T细胞中发挥有重要的作用。幼稚性T细胞分可以化成不同的效应性T细胞,进而诱导获得性免疫应答,调节细胞免疫和体液免疫。Th细胞在诱发多种器官特异性自身免疫病、器官移植排斥反应和哮喘疾病中发挥有核心作用。本实验室重点研究DC的成熟与分化,以及CD4+辅助性T细胞的分化机制和功能,寻找并鉴定一系列调控DC和Th细胞功能的新分子。通过研究这些重要分子的功能,为防治人类器官特异性自身免疫病和过敏性哮喘疾病,提供新的研究思路和防治策略。
