摘要 | Prevention and management of cardiovascular disease have been hot topics in research for an extended period. As a non-invasive detection technique, ultrasonic technology has been widely used in medical signal detection. In this study, we developed a high-performance piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducer (PMUT) array and constructed a pulse echo system for detecting human arterial signals. The motion waveforms of the human radial and carotid arteries, along with the key motion nodes in the cardiac cycle, were successfully extracted, demonstrating the potential of our PMUT system in monitoring arterial vascular motion and assessing the risk of cardiovascular disease. |
