The present disclosure relates to glutarimide skeleton-based compounds represented by formula (I) or a salt, enantiomer, stereoisomer, solvate, or polymorph thereof and an application thereof. The present disclosure further relates to a pharmaceutical composition that comprises a glutarimide skeleton-based compound represented by formula (I), or a salt, enantiomer, stereoisomer, solvate, or polymorph thereof as an active ingredient, and an application thereof. The series of compounds designed and synthesized in the present disclosure can effectively prevent and//or treat tumors.
