摘要 | We experimentally demonstrate broadband mid-infrared wavelength conversion using a germanium-on-silicon waveguide with conversion efficiency up to -28.72 dB under a continuous-wave pump at 3.56 μm. The measured conversion bandwidth is about 390 nm. © 2024 OSA. |
