摘要

Digital PCR is a powerful tool for absolute quantification of target nucleic acids and efficient detection of pathogens. In this work, we proposed a high filling ratio digital PCR through-hole array chip. The chip was composed of a PDMS-based water-oil orderly injection structure and a silicon-based high filling through-hole array. It can achieve 100% high filling ratio of 40000 microwells without external pumps and has great application potential in digital detection of pathogens. © 2022 MicroTAS 2022 - 26th International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences.
