摘要本发明提供了一种基于热风吹扫的二维层状钙钛矿薄膜的制备方法。本发明的制备方法包括:将二维层状钙钛矿前驱溶液利用滴涂法铺展在基底表面,采用热风吹扫基底表面,得到二维层状钙钛矿薄膜。本发明制备的二维层状钙钛矿薄膜具有致密的微观形貌、垂直于基底生长的晶体取向性以及较高的晶体相纯度,从而具有优异的光电性能;相应的,基于本发明方法制备的二维层状钙钛矿太阳能电池展示了优异的光电转换效率及稳定性。本发明的方法操作简单、提高了物料使用效率;本发明的制备方法可实现对湿度不敏感的二维层状钙钛矿及大面积均匀薄膜的制备,此外,本发明的方法适用于制备不同类型的高品质二维钙钛矿薄膜及对应的高性能太阳能电池器件。
翻译摘要The invention provides a preparation method of a two-dimensional layered perovskite film based on hot air blowing. The preparation method comprises the following steps of : spreading a two-dimensional layered perovskite precursor solution on the surface of a substrate by using a drop coating method; and blowing the surface of the substrate by using hot air to obtain the two-dimensional layered perovskite film. The two-dimensional layered perovskite thin film prepared by the invention has compact micro-morphology, crystal orientation which grows perpendicular to the substrate and higher crystal phase purity, thereby having excellent photoelectric properties; Accordingly, the two-dimensional layered perovskite solar cell prepared based on the method of the invention exhibits excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability. The method of the present invention is simple in operation and improves the efficiency of material use; The preparation method provided by the invention can be used for preparing the two-dimensional layered perovskite and the large-area uniform film which are insensitive to the humidity. in addition, the preparation method provided by the invention is suitable for preparing different types of high-quality two-dimensional perovskite films and corresponding high-performance solar cell devices.
