| 摘要 | We experimentally demonstrate a subwavelength structure engineered focusing grating coupler on an SOI platform for the 2-μm waveband. The measurement results show a high coupling efficiency of -4.0 dB at 2.037 μm and a 1-dB bandwidth of 70 nm. © 2022 The Author(s) |
