摘要 | In order to investigate the operating characteristics of infrared cryocooler driven by high-order frequency, this paper presents an equivalent circuit model combining electrical, mechanical and acoustic structures on the basis of the operating mechanism and global characteristic of cryocooler, as well as provides an expression for impedance varying with frequency. It is found that the results are in accordance with the simulation and experiment results under high-order frequency driving, verifying the reliability of the theoretical model when applied for electric circuit analysis under high-order frequency driving. Moreover, combined with the drive mode of infrared cryocooler, the mechanism of waveform distortion and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) deterioration driven by high-order frequency can thus be analyzed, which is of great significance for the design of THD suppression strategy afterwards. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd |
