It provides anti-CXCR2 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof. The antibody or fragment thereof specifically binds to the N-terminus of the CXCR2 protein, the extracellular domain. In various examples, the antibody or fragment thereof comprises VH CDR1 of SEQ ID NO : 1, VH CDR2 of SEQ ID NO : 2, SEQ ID NO : 3, or VH CDR3 of any one of SEQ ID NO : 7-14, VL CDR1 of SEQ ID NO : 4, VL CDR2 of SEQ ID NO : 5, and VL CDR3 of SEQ ID NO : 6, or their respective variants. Methods of using antibodies or fragments thereof for treating and diagnosing diseases such as cancer and inflammatory diseases are also provided.
