摘要 | We report a silk-based opto-electronic integrated neural probe with optogenetic stimulation and in-situ electrophysiological recording functions by integrating an ultra-thin flexible 32-channel microelectrode array (MEA) onto a flexible optic fiber made of silk proteins with good biocompatibility. As proof-of-concept, simultaneous optogenetic stimulation and electrophysiological recording of mice intracortical neurons have been achieved for animal motion control in a mice model. |
