Abstract本发明提供合金纳米颗粒及其制备方法和用途,所述制备方法包括:将用于形成合金纳米颗粒的母体材料作为两个电极,两个电极的一端均连入同一谐振电路,两个电极的另一端相对设置并形成间隙,在载气氛围下,两个电极之间间隙中载气被击穿产生振荡放电电流,所述电极中材料气固转化生成所述合金纳米颗粒。本发明提供一种打破金属混溶极限的普适性高且易操作的制备合金纳米颗粒的方法,该方法制备二元至多元高熵合金的纳米颗粒,纳米颗粒尺寸小于100nm。该方法经济简单,效率高,无废弃物产生,无需添加任何液态试剂或前驱体,适用于多种金属单原子、原子团簇、不互溶金属和高熵合金纳米颗粒以及非晶合金纳米颗粒的合成。
Other AbstractThe invention provides alloy nanoparticles as well as a preparation method and application thereof. To the preparation method, the matrix material used for forming the alloy nanoparticles is used as two electrodes, one end of the two electrodes is connected to the same resonant circuit, and the other end of the two electrodes is oppositely arranged and forms a gap. To the method, nanoparticles of binary to multi-element high-entropy alloy are prepared, the size of the nano particles is smaller than 100 nm . and the method is economical and simple. Efficiency is high, no waste produces, need not to add any liquid reagent or precursor, is applicable to a plurality of metal monoatoms. The synthesis of atomic clusters, immiscible metals and high-entropy alloy nanoparticles and amorphous alloy nanoparticles.
