Other AbstractThe invention provides a material increasing manufacturing method of a micro-nano structure. Directional migration of charged dispersed phases in gas is controlled based on the action of an electric field, so that the charged dispersed phases are stacked on a substrate to form a specific micro-nano structure. The present invention has no need of chemical reaction, laser source, ion//electron beam and photosensitive material. The utility model can be operated at normal temperature and pressure. The technical proposal provided by the utility model can print micro-nano structures with low cost, high purity, multiple materials, ultrahigh resolution, ultrahigh speed and disposable large area. The utility model can solve the problems of few types of printing materials, low printing resolution, low printing speed, sequential printing, etc. in the manufacture of micro-nano scale additive materials.
