翻译摘要 | The invention relates to an on-chip integrated optical matrix vector multiplier based on wavelength division multiplexing and balance detection, and belongs to the technical field of integrated photoelectric information processing. The on-chip integrated optical matrix vector multiplier comprises an input vector coding area and a parallel optical vector-vector multiplication unit group. The optical vector-vector multiplication unit forming the optical vector-vector multiplication unit group comprises a filter array, a weight encoder array, a wavelength division multiplexing area and an outputbalance detection area; an execution device applied to the on-chip integrated optical matrix vector multiplier comprises a light source signal, a digital-to-analog converter and an analog-to-digital converter. According to the invention, the wavelength division multiplexing technology and the architecture with high parallelization degree are adopted, so that the on-chip integrated optical matrix vector multiplier has relatively high data transmission bandwidth and relatively low delay; a non-resonant device is adopted as the implementation mode of a weight encoder, so that the encoding complexity is remarkably reduced; by adopting the balance detection method, the detection sensitivity of weak signals can be improved, and the on-chip integrated optical matrix vector multiplier has the capability of realizing adjustment of a negative weight value. |
